Beginners Guidelines for How to Crack Bank Exams : IBPS Bank PO, IBPS Bank Clerk and IBPS specialist Exams

Know about IBPS Exam Negative Marking Details

Institute of Banking Personnel Selection Department every year conducted IBPS Recruitment for PO , Clerk , Specialist Officer and RRB. All Graduate Candidates can apply for IBPS Exam for various posts in Participating Public, Private Sector Banks and other institutions. Successfully Qualified participants got their Appointment Letter. IBPS conducts this process in two levels Common Written Exam (CWE) & Common Interview.

Basically IBPS Paper is a Objective type paper which covers these subjects like Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, General Language and Computer Knowledge. which contains total 200 Questions of 200 marks. IBPS Exam Negative Marking concept
IBPS CWE Negative marking concept is very simple department charged 0.25 mark from total score for every wrong answer. all participants must required to qualified in each paper after negative marking process. All questions have equal 1 mark weight age and negative marking in IBPS Exam for all category posts such as IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk exam, IBPS RRB exam, IBPS Specialist officer exam etc.

According to IBPS Guidelines All Participants must have qualified in each subject of Common written exam (CWE) to call for a Interview. Reservation applicable for all categories in which General candidates required to obtain Average ¼ standard deviation and Reserved candidates must average ¾. Passing marks in all subjects is not sufficient. Merit in subject necessary for shortlist a candidate to be called for Interview. After Clearing both section CWE & Interview aspirants will be appoint on desire post.

Most Important role is Time Management Tips for IBPS exam:-
Out of all the sections, Quantitative Aptitude section is more time consuming. Therefore, devote 40-45 minutes to quantitative aptitude section. General intelligence and reasoning will take about 30-35 minutes. Also, the person with good mental ability can easily mark its questions accurately, so, just because of accuracy level of the sections, try to attempt these sections first. Then, devote the rest of your time to other two sections. Rest depends on your favoritism.

Tips for General Intelligence & Reasoning Aptitude section-
For preparation of Reasoning Section, one should require mental alertness and logical skills. This section covers topics like Directions, Analogies, Odd Man Out, Ranking, Coding and de-coding, Blood Relations, Relationship concepts, Venn diagram, etc. The difficulty level of this section is usually considered to be moderate; hence it’s a scoring area of the IBPS Exam. To be an expertise in this section, candidate should understand the nature of questions by solving practice papers and previous year exam papers; because only a good amount of practice can help securing score good marks in this section.

Tips for General Awareness, Marketing, Banking and Computer Knowledge section
Above all the scoring sections of the IBPS Exam Question Paper. This section is aimed at testing the general awareness, Banking Facts and alerts Awareness and Computer Knowledge of the candidate with national and international affairs and matters that happens in everyday life. As well as, candidates’ basic knowledge of subjects History, Culture, Science, Economics, General Policy and Scientific Research would also be checked through this section. Therefore, to prepare for this section, a candidate has to take into consideration all these topics and should try to ensure a fair amount of knowledge of the same

Tips for Quantitative Aptitude section-
For solving the questions of Quantitative Aptitude, the candidate should have knowledge of all required basic concepts needed for the topics asked in the exam. The clarity in basic concepts will directly drive the candidates to the right option. Apart from this, speed is the foremost requirement for the section. And most important, do not avoid any type of question, not even consider any type insignificant as you never know which question type would catch highlight in this section. The questions in this section mostly are from the following chapters, given in decreasing order in terms of number of questions asked -- Time and Work, Profit-Loss and Discount, Percentage, Simplification, Partnership, Mixture and Alligation, Time and distance, Number System, Ratios, Average, Data Interpretation, Basic Geometry, and Trigonometry.
